Kurt has been around construction all his life. He learned hard work and attention to detail while working on a dairy farm as a teenager. Right after High School Kurt worked for a home builder and remodeler. He also shared a partnership in a small business that focused on roofs, decks and siding through the early to mid-1990’s. He has General contracted the two homes he has lived in and he has managed various construction projects from roads and bridges, to public buildings and grounds. His last project was the day to day management of the renovations on an 1820’s meetinghouse.
