Rob is a retired Air Force pilot with 14 years experience as an instructor and evaluator pilot. During that time he trained hundreds of other pilots on how to operate and troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC and electrical problems while in flight. He started doing home inspections in 2013 and received 5 Best of the Best Reader’s choice awards in the 3 years prior to moving to Pennsylvania and a total of 12 overall quality awards. Rob’s focus is on inspecting thoroughly, educating appropriately and enabling negotiations.
