Cheryl Goff

Cheryl Goff was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia where she began her professional life as a Paralegal. Cheryl’s career took her on to Richmond, Virginia and in 2002 the lure of a Florida Lifestyle led Cheryl and her husband to find their Sandcastle in Vero Beach.
Upon settling in to a Florida Life, Cheryl discovered her passion for real estate. Her first job was for an exclusive Boutique Buyer’s Agency where she assisted the Broker with administration & transaction coordination. Cheryl moved on to assist buyers in finding their perfect Sandcastle (homes & condos) throughout the Treasure Coast including Vero Beach, Sebastian, Ft. Pierce, Hutchinson Island, Port St. Lucie and all of Indian River and Martin Counties.

Working for two more Independent Brokerages specializing in assisting buyers, Cheryl successfully found hundreds of clients their dream Sandcastle. Over the years, Cheryl’s happy clients returned time and time again when buying or selling their Treasure Coast Sandcastle.

Cheryl is a dedicated and detail oriented professional whose experiences in the legal & real estate worlds provides her & her clients a unique edge in their buying or selling experience. She consistently ranks as a multi-million dollar producer, assisting clients in all price ranges.

She is now the Past President for the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County, and has also served on the MLS, the Professional Standards & Grievance Committees as well as the Board of Directors. In early 2022 she earned her Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, gaining in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. This year she will be serving on the 2023 Florida REALTORS® Convention and Professional Development Committees.

She also is a volunteer and current Board Member for Little Birthday Angels, a local non-profit whose mission is to make homeless children feel special on “their” day.
